The Arkscan ES301M is a compact, portable memory barcode scanner designed for mobile data collection. With built-in 2MB memory, it can store approximately 20,000 scanned barcodes before data transfer is required. The device operates independently without needing a live connection to a host device during scanning. Data can be uploaded to a computer via USB after collection. Measuring approximately 65mm x 24mm x 18mm and weighing 25 grams, the ES301M is designed to be easy to carry and use on the go. It offers a scan rate of up to 240 scans per second and supports scanning barcodes from short distances up to 144mm. The scanner can capture data from printed materials and certain electronic screens, such as LCD or LED displays. The ES301M can be used in various environments where mobility and convenience are important. When paired with the optional AS700 wireless dongle (sold separately), it supports simultaneous data transmission from up to seven units to a single host, even if the host lacks a built-in wireless adapter. The ES301M retains pairing information for streamlined switching between compatible host devices.
